Production and assembling of LED light for several industrial applications

The Led Lighting department develops and manufactures LED lights for several industrial applications. RICO production lines are all equipped with AOI (Automated Optical Inspection).

All electronic tests are developed and manufactured internally and can measure colour, flux, brightness of the LEDs. Also all in-circuit tests are the result of RICO internal engineering and production, making it easy to reproduce and to adapt them to all production needs.

PCBA

Assembled PCB for the production of front, rear, sidemarker, CHMSL and direction lamps.

DRYERS LED LAMPS

Made with a 2K process and with in-house electronic assembly.

LED LIGHTS

LED licence plate light lamps as single modules or integrated in trunk handles.
PCB assembling for front, rear CHMSL, direction and small lighting lamps.
